Service Description

A thorough, doctor-level Ayurvedic assessment conducted personally by Dr. Arlini Singh. Dr. Singh completed a comprehensive, multi-year doctoral-level clinical program in Ayurvedic medicine, encompassing thousands of hours of training in anatomy, pathology, clinical assessment, herbal medicine, pharmacology, and supervised clinical practice. She also holds a law degree (LLB), bringing exceptional thoroughness and precision to every assessment. With training in both the classical Ayurvedic tradition and the Western clinical framework, Dr. Singh provides Ayurvedic care that integrates safely with your existing healthcare. Your consultation is a two-part experience: Part 1 — Comprehensive Assessment (2 hours): An in-depth evaluation of your unique constitution (Prakriti), current imbalances (Vikriti), medical history, diet, lifestyle, digestion, elimination, and emotional patterns. During the session, Dr. Singh conducts a detailed physical observation, tongue assessment, and photographic documentation for clinical reference. You will complete a thorough intake form before your appointment so that your session time is focused entirely on your assessment. Part 2 — Report of Findings (1 hour, booked separately approximately 2 weeks later): Dr. Singh presents your complete assessment results, including your constitutional breakdown and the root causes of your current health concerns. This session provides the foundation for your ongoing Ayurvedic care, which is developed and refined through follow-up consultations tailored to your progress. Available worldwide via Zoom or in-person at our Burlington, Ontario clinic. This is not a quick appointment. This is the most thorough Ayurvedic assessment you will find — conducted by a doctor who treats the whole person, not just the symptoms.
