Follow-up consultations with Dr. Arlini Singh are where your Ayurvedic healing journey truly unfolds. During each 60-minute session, Dr. Singh reviews your progress since your last visit, assesses how your body is responding to the recommendations already in place, and makes precise adjustments to your care. This is where your personalized treatment protocol is built — not all at once, but thoughtfully and gradually, based on how YOUR body responds. What a follow-up session typically includes: Progress review: How are your symptoms changing? What improvements have you noticed? What challenges have come up in implementing your routine? Reassessment: Dr. Singh evaluates your current doshic balance, digestion, elimination, energy, sleep, and emotional state — comparing where you are now to where you were at your last visit. Protocol adjustments: Based on your progress, Dr. Singh may introduce or modify dietary recommendations, herbal support, lifestyle practices, daily routines, or seasonal adjustments. Each change is tailored to your body's current needs. Guidance and support: Ayurveda is not a one-time prescription. It is a relationship between practitioner and patient that deepens over time. Dr. Singh is your partner in this process — answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping you navigate the real-world challenges of living Ayurvedically. Regular follow-up consultations are recommended every 4 to 6 weeks, particularly during the first 6 to 12 months of your Ayurvedic care, to ensure steady progress and lasting results. Available worldwide via Zoom or in-person at our Burlington, Ontario clinic. Note: Follow-up consultations are available to patients who have completed the Comprehensive Ayurvedic Consultation and Report of Findings.
