Service Description

This is Part 2 of your Comprehensive Ayurvedic Consultation, scheduled approximately two weeks after your initial assessment. During your Report of Findings session (1 hour), Dr. Arlini Singh will walk you through your complete assessment results in detail: Your Prakriti (birth constitution): A clear explanation of your unique doshic makeup — the combination of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha that defines your natural state of health, your strengths, and your vulnerabilities. Your Vikriti (current imbalances): Where your body and mind have deviated from your natural balance, what is causing your current symptoms, and why conventional approaches may not have addressed the root cause. The connection between your constitution, your imbalances, and your symptoms: Dr. Singh will show you how your health concerns are interconnected through the lens of Ayurveda, often revealing patterns that Western medicine overlooks. This session provides the essential foundation for your ongoing Ayurvedic care. Your personalized treatment plan — including dietary adjustments, lifestyle modifications, herbal recommendations, and daily routines — is developed and refined through follow-up consultations, allowing Dr. Singh to tailor your protocol precisely to your body's response and progress. The Report of Findings is included in your Comprehensive Ayurvedic Consultation fee. There is no additional charge for this session. Available worldwide via Zoom or in-person at our Burlington, Ontario clinic. Note: This session is available only to patients who have completed the Comprehensive Ayurvedic Consultation (Part 1).
